if this is happening to anyone else, or more importantly if anyone has any idea what to do about it, please let me know. When I try to go to andrewwk.com I am redirected to islandrecords.com everytime. the same thing happens when I click a link to something within the site. I have tried all sorts of ways of typing it and going there from different places, no luck. I have deleted all my cookies-didn't work; I've tried getting online through different networks (including a trip to the super 8 parking lot)-didn't work.
now here's what's really frustrating: I figured it was just something to do with my computer or ip address, but I just got back from a friend's house and the same thing happened when I used his computer. yet I have other friends I've talked to who can get to it just fine, and they will certainly be getting a visit from me soon as I get the chance.
but of course, I want to see it on my own computer. so if ANYONE can help me, either reply on this bbs, email me "stimmet [at] aol.com" (aol isn't my isp so it's not that), or use AIM, I'm "stimmet". I understand there's a bbs on the new site, if anyone would be kind enough to repost this there where it might be seen by more people who might have the tools to help I would be very grateful. thank you!
update: I've discovered that the site is accessible using the browser in AOL, but on the same computer if you use IE or firefox it might not work! so, this is still a problem for lots of people out there without aol! help is still needed!
